Sarah Woods has over 16 years of commercial real estate valuation and property tax consulting experience. She takes pride in representing property owners through all phases of the valuation appeal process to make sure they only pay their fair share of the property tax burden.

She has extensive experience with valuation and appeals for industrial buildings, apartment complexes, retail buildings, land, medical office and office buildings.

Sarah is a licensed Senior Property Tax Consultant in Texas and obtained the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation.
